Join us for Let in, Let go at the Danger Gallery!
You are invited to step out of life’s daily noise, distractions, and responsibilities and into a world of light and sound.
Part immersive art experience, part visual meditation, Let In, Let Go creates space to soften your focus, quiet the outside world, and notice what begins to emerge when you give yourself permission to have space for space.
The event will be hosted on Sunday, September 13, 2026 from 2-3pm. Seating is limited.
Think of this like yoga for the mind, and a sound bath for the body — but with light!
Over the hour, Holly will guide you through simple journal prompts and a relaxation technique that uses art as an anchor for your attention.
Then you'll have time to simply be inside the projections — to slow down, let your mind wander and notice all the amazing things that come to the surface.
We'll end with an opportunity to share, connect and reflect with the group.
The entire space is designed for you to get cozy! Sink into the couch, fuzzy rugs, floor pillows, bean bags, or chairs as the colorful projections move around you on all sides, binaural sound fills the room and aromatherapy scents the air.
👚 Wear something comfy!
📓 Bring a journal or sketchbook, a pen, and an open mind!
☕️ Water and tea included for extra comfort.
🚗 Parking on-site is free and plentiful.
📍The Danger Gallery is located in Holly’s private art studio at the Glenbrook Industrial Park. 652 Glenbrook Road Stamford, CT 06906 Building 3, Second Floor.

ABOUT HOLLY
This experience is led by Holly Danger, an immersive video artist who believes in the transformative power of slowing down, turning inward and making space for ourselves.
After leaving a 12-year corporate career to pursue life as an artist, Holly knows firsthand what can happen when we create enough space to listen to what we really want and what it takes to go after it.
Through large-scale installations and sensory experiences, Holly uses light, color, sound and movement to create spaces that invite you to pause, reflect and connect beyond the surface of daily life.
Inspired by nature, music, neuroaesthetics, and her Transcendental Meditation practice, Holly brings these worlds together to create an experience that is uniquely her own.
Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally in museums, galleries and public spaces. Locally, you may have experienced her work at the Bruce Museum, The Westport Library, ART06870 Gallery and projected onto the Ferguson Library in Stamford.
