CoCREATE IMMERSIVE
Immersive spaces connect people through shared experiences and interaction.
Whether you want to create a cinematic approach with immersive storytelling or build an inspiring art exhibition that evokes an emotional experience, immersive installations are a powerful approach with long-lasting impressions.
Creative experiences awaken the senses, spark the imagination and allow viewers to engage with the content on a deeper level.
THE OPPORTUNITY
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
OPPORTUNITY:
We have the opportunity to bring the limo to life by transforming the entire room into an immersive experience. When you pop your head out of the sunroof, the visuals around you make it feel as if the limo is moving and taking you on an adventure.
We could start by creating video content, driving through NYC, and eventually develop a visual library that goes through several other city hot spots. There is also the unique opportunity to create colorful abstract scenes around the car to drive through fantasy worlds and creative atmospheres.
OPTIONS:
-
THE ESSENTIALS
The Essentials includes projection mapping coverage of the three main walls shown here surrounding the limo. Three short throw projectors are needed.
-
THE UPGRADE
The Upgrade includes projection mapping of all three walls plus the ceiling. Five projectors are needed for complete immersion of the room.
BUDGET
We are presenting two options for creating an immersive experience in the limo room: The Essentials and The Upgrade. The Essentials is a great starting point to set up the system, and has room to upgrade for the future.
With both options, videos can be developed over time and added to a master library of content to change the appearance of the room in a variety of ways.
“THE ESSENTIALS”
This includes a three-channel video installation covering the three walls shown in the picture on the left, equipment, software, set-up, projection mapping, programming, and a 5 minute loop of custom original content from NYC, and/or CT, and can also include abstract art to create a uniquely creative atmosphere.
This system can also be modified to accommodate additional projectors in the future if you wish to add projections to the ceiling or floor.

FUTURE IDEAS
Projection is especially fun when the audience gets to participate. We’d like to consider the option to add a controller or button within the limo that changes the visuals in the room to different scenery in the future!
The limo content could be updated over time, added to, and customized for special events just like it does for the Moonbase lobby art!
Enjoy!
